    Strategic Sales Support Coordinator

    -12 Month Contract-

    Do you excel in your ability to juggle and action numerous tasks daily?  Do you thrive working as part of a team, but can just as easily focus on an individual task to completion?  If so, then read on because we are looking for someone just like you to join our Strategic Sales Support team!


    As the Strategic Sales Support Coordinator you will be responsible for order releases, inventory allocation, custom packaging, dealer support, system maintenance, sales programs and divisional reporting/analysis.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Process, verify, and respond to customer inquiries regarding purchase orders, claims, and shipping
    • Review and release daily orders versus order allocations
    • Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and Logistics team to resolve order management issues
    • Monitor sales and inventory activity and compare to forecasted activity
    • Coordinate product kiting and custom packaging inventory
    • Assist in inventory allocations by collaborating with Sales and Business Planning team
    • Report on sales channel forecasts and revenue
    • Perform administrative duties and ad hoc reporting as required


    To Succeed, You Will Have

    • Post secondary (University and/or College) education; preferably with a Supply Chain/Logistics focus
    • 1-3 years of progressive work experience
    • Previous experience with business analysis and problem resolution
    • Superior accuracy and organization skills with demonstrated ability to adapt to changing working parameters and deadlines in a fast paced environment
    • Previous experience in process improvement or strategic planning projects
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Experienced with sales inventory management systems
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office; focus on Excel and PowerPoint
