    Reception & General and Environmental Affairs Coordinator


    The Reception & General and Environmental Affairs Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Sales and Service team at a branch while supporting the General and Environmental Affairs team with maintaining the facilities. This position supports branch events, answers calls, and directs visitors arriving at the office.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive and screen visitors and telephone calls and provide appropriate informatioSupport business units by performing administrative tasks by assigned group
    • Act as the point of contact for branch health and safety concerns and train employees on evacuation procedures
    • Procure office maintenance and services and ensure suppliers meet established Service Level Agreements and quality standards
    • Perform office purchasing within established policies and guidelines, and maintain relationships with office supply vendors
    • Maintain company security standards during employee onboarding and off boarding processes (This includes creating and terminating access cards and responding to security alarm)
    • Maintain the Environmental Management System program, and ensure the office follows the policy
    • When required, assist with entering travel requests and ensure that travel is booked
    • Support the various departments by coordinating and organizing branch activities


    To Succeed, You Will Have

    • 1 year of related work experience, with typing ability of approximately 40 wpm
    • Superior communications and interpersonal skills (professional demeanor) – excellent telephone manner
    • Customer (internal & external) focused
    • Computer literate, (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes)
    • Ability to use reasonable judgment to make decisions – for example, in the event of a local emergency response – when immediate leader cannot be consulted
