    Program and Budget Associate Analyst

     

    As the Program and Budget Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research, performing analytics, and making recommendations regarding sales, promotions, and budgets to enable better business decisions.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Performing a series of analytics including promotion and program, sales, and budget analytics
    • Gathering data, reconciling information, and performing journal entries for monthly, quarterly, and annual accruals
    • Maintaining promotional setups, budgets, payments, and chargebacks
    • Assisting team by researching improvement recommendations
    • Compiling ad hoc reports and assisting with ad hoc projects

    Qualifications

    To Succeed, You Will Have

    • Post-Secondary education in Business Administration
    • 1-3 years of work experience preferably in corporate business administration
    • Ability to analyze data, discover variances and reconcile differences
    • Strong computer and technical skills - MS Office with a focus on Excel
    • Excellent process management skills
    • Ability multi-task and manage time to meet project and monthly deadlines
    • French is considered an asset
