    Total Rewards and Data Analyst

     

    As the Total Rewards and Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the total compensation cycle, which includes merit, success sharing, executive bonuses, and preparing Total Rewards Statements.  You will also assist in developing, implementing, and administering total rewards policies and programs. 

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developing models for the annual merit cycle, monitoring all changes, and ensuring data accuracy
    • Developing models for the annual Success Sharing program by building tables in the HRIS and completing the upload
    • Tabulating semi-annual executive bonuses and administering the semi-annual promotion cycle
    • Conducting salary recommendations and maintaining Pay Equity for all of Canada
    • Participating in, and analyzing, salary benchmarking surveys
    • Preparing and analyzing various HRIS and Applicant Tracking System data in order to provide business insights
    • Preparing and monitoring the monthly, quarterly, and annual HR budget
    • Supporting with Benefits and Group Savings Administration

    Qualifications

    To Succeed, You Will Have

    • Post-Secondary education in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration
    • 3-5 years of work experience in Human Resources with 2 years of focus on Total Rewards, or in Finance
    • Ability to build accurate data models and analyze and interpret data to discover patterns and trends
    • Strong time, project and process management skills
    • Excellent computer and technical skills; Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
    • A CHRP or CCP designation is an asset
    • French is considered an asset
