     Inside Sales Representative, Wide Format Printing Solutions 

    - Bilingual -


    The Inside Sales Representative is responsible identifying market verticals, understanding market requirements, and building sales pitches that will increase the market share within the Imagining Supplies Business and protect Canon’s recurring revenue base.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure current customers are serviced by connecting with them regarding any customer returns and/or servicing, and ensuring that customers are maintaining their monthly spend.
    • Make outbound sales calls to generate sales. This requires discovering customer requirements and technology; understanding Canon’s products; and making recommendations that will benefit the customer
    • Input order, ensure that orders are processed by credit and inventory teams, and follow-up with customers regarding shipments of orders
    • Record all customer communications in the sales journal
    • Build and deliver sales presentations
    • Provide input to marketing regarding monthly campaigns.  Execute campaigns in order to sell specific products


    To Succeed, You Will Have

    • Post-secondary education; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred
    • Bilingual in French and English is required
    • 3-5 years of experience
    • Refined computer/technical skills 
    • Strong time management/multi-tasking skills are necessary in order to meet the daily outbound sales quota
    • Excellent analytical skills 
    • Good project/process management skills
