    Bilingual (English-French) Marketing Associate Specialist


    As a Marketing Associate Specialist you will be proactively assisting the direct sales marketing team in delivering all marketing initiatives and acting as the first point of contact for any direct sales marketing inquiries.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Acting as the intermediary between sales and the marketing team; administering the direct sales marketing inbox and submitting inquiries to the Subject Matter Experts in order to provide a response
    • Maintaining all direct sales price books, showroom inventory, and product clearance list and communicating all changes to Sales
    • Overseeing the direct sales marketing budget by monitoring spending, reviewing invoices, providing all required account information, and generating purchase orders for third party vendors
    • Developing and designing creative promotional tools to support Sales using Adobe Creative Suite
    • Executing and auditing quarterly direct sales marketing promotions, programs, and contests
    • Lead the planning and execution of marketing events as required


    To Succeed, You Will Have

    • Complete fluency in written and verbal French
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing is required
    • 3-5 years of related work experience is required
    • Ability to analyze information and assess the success of promotions and determine reasons for success or failure
    • Strong time, project and process management skills
    • Excellent computer and technical skills; strong focus on Excel and Adobe Creative Suite
