    Field Service Technician - Trainee 


    As a Field Service Technician you will be providing superior customer service to Canon clients by servicing and maintaining equipment in an efficient and timely manner.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install, configure, repair and maintain Single-function / Multi-functional and company products and systems at customer sites
    • Performing equipment service on a required basis within specific time parameters
    • Responding to customer calls in a prompt and efficient manner
    • Completing preventative maintenance according to regular schedules
    • Maintaining all Company tools and materials, including an accurate inventory of parts
    • Communicating with the Supervisor regularly on all aspects of service
    • Completing required service and equipment performance reports as required
    • Comply with established operational standards


    To Succeed, You will have:


    • Up to 2 years of field service experience
    • Highly prefer post secondary technical/technologist course in electronics
    • Complete understanding of customer satisfaction
    • Excellent time management and communication skills
    • Proficient technical skills and aptitude, including electro-mechanical
    • Good computer skills and literacy
    • Thorough knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply computer technology to customer requirements for networked products and systems solutions
    • CompTIA A+ and Network+ Certified preffered
    • Experience with network connectivity preferred
    • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
    • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
    • Some travel outside of your region will be required occasionally
