    Inside Sales and Business Development Representative

    -Professional Markets-


    As the Inside Sales and Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for the development and cultivation of sales leads and market verticals. You will also develop and maintain the Professional Markets CRM database and assists in all areas of lead generation and business development.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in all areas of lead generation including garnering new business through web research, telemarketing, and the analysis of customer and industry vertical lists
    • Record and track all prospects and interaction in Professional Markets Sales Force CRM. Maintain and maximize CRM use and functionality for Professional Markets team
    • Build and maintain collaborative, cross-functional relationships with internal support groups to maintain efficiencies of processes for all clients
    • Promote the company and department’s offerings to the market and target customers
    • Establish and maintain strong and influential client relationships


    To Succeed, You Will Have

    • Post-secondary education (college or university) is preferred
    • 1-3 years of work experience
    • Previous experience with Salesforce is highly preferred
    • Ability to assess a situation and seek multiple perspectives
    • Proven ability to research and assist with the development of project plans and provide creative solutions
    • Excellent computer and technical skills; Microsoft Suite and MAC (KNote) proficiency
    • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple customers in different areas of the sales cycle
    • Good equipment operation to understand the operation of cameras, lenses, LFP, and printers
    • French is considered an asset
