The Associate Analyst, Marketing promotes the Canon brand at an in-store level by coordinating consumer and prosumer products and in-store marketing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all in-store displays, packaging, sale sheets, product setups, and other promotional materials
• Receive marketing information from Canon Japan and Canon USA to develop and communicate product pre-disclosure presentations and launch materials for Canon dealers and sales representatives
• Communicate all product launches to dealers
• Develop marketing and promotional materials inside Canon packaging for dealer promotional use
• Develop and facilitate the setup of new products for Canon’s dealer channel
• Coordinate store visits with 3rd party company for merchandising and inventory upkeep
• Monitor budgets for instore related programs and pay invoices

To Succeed, You Will Need

• College Diploma in Marketing or Advertising is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
• 5 years of in-store marketing and/or packaging and design experience
• 3-5 years of work experience is required
• Refined time management/multi-tasking skills alongside intermediate computer/technical skills with MS Office; Adobe Suite experience a definite asset
• Strong analytical skills are required to assess in-store marketing situations and project/process management to ensure stores are ready for promotions
• French is considered an asset
• Travel up to 25% for store visits and related activities
