The Dispatch Billing Coordinator is responsible for providing superior service for all wide format customer inquiries. You will be responsibile for ensuring timely and accurate customer fillings for time and material costs and prepare contracts for service contract renewals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all customer service inquiries via phone, fax, or email
  • Assign technicians for calls, installs, relocations and/or de-installs
  • Maintain work order reports from technicians and bill customers accordingly
  • Maintain service accounts in a specified region (contract renewals, service meter charges, time and material quotes)
  • Draft service contracts and forward to customers
  • Ensure inventory and related system administration are updated for technicians
  • Ensure that customers pass credit checks and pay service charges in a timely manner
  • Maintain the dispatch database and provide sales and service statistics to management


To Succeed, You Will Have:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Fluently bilingual in English and French
  • 1-3 years of related work experience
  • Ability to analyze customer data and determine trends
  • Strong time management/multi-tasking 
  • Good project/process management skills 
  • Good computer and technical skills; Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel
