    As the Digital Content & Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and optimizing the Canon Canada Service & Support and internal training knowledge-base for internal and external users. You will administer and maintain the systems used by the Service & Support department and act as the first level of support and Subject Matter Expert.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Publish and maintain content for both external (FAQs) and internal customers (Training) and ensure legal and language compliance
    • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to write content into a defined style while ensuring that it is articulated clearly and easy to integrate into existing
    • Regularly review content and recommend changes
    • Update, maintain, and troubleshoot existing websites and webpages including coding issues
    • Provide first level support for the various systems used by Service & Support
    • Assist with project and change management 


    To Succeed You Will Need

    • Post-Secondary education, Vocational or Technical Training in Computer Science
    • 1-3 years of related work experience
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent project and process management skills
    • Superb computer and technical skills; Microsoft office with a focus on Excel - pivot tables and vlookups
    • Strong ability to multi-task and manage time
    • Experience with PeopleSoft and Oracle Service Cloud
    • Basic technical skills to use coding in HTML, CSS, and PHP
    • French is considered an asset
