    Recruitment Marketing Associate Specialist

     

    The Recruitment Marketing Associate Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment marketing campaigns for Canon Canada in order to promote the employment brand and drive recruitment.

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns that elevate our employment brand to match our product brand.
    • Develop and implement dynamic job profiles and marketing messaging to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Establish a strong online presence in conjunction with Corporate Stakeholders to develop employment brand content that engages potential candidates.
    • Manage and update the content on the Career Site
    • Develop tracking metrics on various channels to ensure that Canon’s campaigns provide maximum ROI and brings in the right talent
    • Work with Talent Acquisition Specialists to help identify qualified candidates within the CRM

    Qualifications

    To succeed, You Will Have

    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing is preferred
    • 3-5 years of recruitment marketing or digital marketing experience is required
    • Advanced analytical skills are required to measure the impact of recruitment marketing and present it to people whom are unfamiliar
    • Strong knowledge of SEO 
    • Intermediate project and process management skills are required to develop the recruitment marketing process
    • Intermediate computer and technical skills are required to use vlookups, and pivot tables in Excel and Google Analytics to analyze web traffic
    • Intermediate time management and multi-tasking skills are required to balance and prioritize tasks
    • Professional French is mandatory
    • Working knowledge of HTML 
    • Exposure to Talent Acquisition is an asset
