The Supply Sales Representative is directly responsible for maintaining the existing customer base, and business development for revenue opportunities to attain sales quota.

 

Part of our Business Solutions Division, the Supply sales reps are providing office solutions for consumables to small, medium and national account sized businesses throughout Canada.

 

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Achieving quota by growing an existing account base and prospecting for new business
  • Ensuring that maximum supply sales revenues are obtained through effective and ethical sales strategies
  • Driving customer satisfaction through solution-based relationships
  • Creating and abiding by a monthly and quarterly business plan
  • Managing the end to end sales cycle which would include; Outbound calling, quoting and closing new business

Qualifications

To Succeed, You Will Need

 

  • 1-2 years in inside sales/telesales experience
  • The incumbent of this role is required to resolve a wide range of issues but will have resources readily accessible to assist
  • Requires high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be energetic and highly motivated  
  • Possess strong computer skills including MS Office
  • Requires strong communication skills in order to build collaboration, communicate results/trends
  • Strong diplomacy and tact
