Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

 

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering content in order to prepare direct and indirect new hires to sell Canon products in the market.

 

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

 

  • Conducting needs analysis with customers and sales representatives
  • Recommending training content
  • Adopting raw training content and designing training materials to meet the requirements identified via Gap Analysis
  • Delivering training content, using various methodologies that engage various personality types
  • Ensuring training room equipment, software, and middleware is operational
  • Working with other business units to help deliver their content

Qualifications

To Succeed You Will Have

 

  • 3-5 years of business to business sales experience
  • Strong training and coaching skills are required.
  • Technology savvy - product knowledge is strongly desired. Above average IT knowledge necessary
  • Pre-sales & post-sales experience is required
  • Ability to effectively work with both technical and non-technical staff
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English 
  • Excellent presentation skills required
  • Must be able to work effectively in an autonomous and responsible capacity
  • University degree preferred
