    eCommerce Business Development Specialist

     

    Do you excel in leading small project groups? Have the ability to manage multiple tasks with a passion for e-commerce sales? If so, this may be the perfect position for you! The eCommerce Business Development Specialist is responsible for building sales programs and strategies to increase e-commerce revenue.

     

    This opportunity is based out of our new state-of-the-art headquarters in Brampton located at the corner of Steeles Avenue and Mississauga Road on the Mississauga/Brampton border. We’ll trust you to make a big contribution to our team as you develop & grow – you will play a key part in helping us excel today and improve tomorrow!

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Build, execute, and direct marketing sales programs and promotion to drive sales targets associated with e-commerce goals
    • Develop business to business marketing sales programs
    • Monitor sales and performance analytics to uncover sales opportunities; manage the sales and marketing expenses
    • Analyze SEO and SEM data to ensure performance optimization while managing the vendor relationship
    • Research and evaluate new technologies to enhance e-commerce platform
    • Manage inventory levels to achieve sales targets

    Qualifications

    To Succeed, You Will Have

    • Post-secondary education in business or related field is required
    • 3-5 years’ experience in e-commerce/business 
    • Time management and multi-tasking skills coupled with a strong ability to analyze, decipher and disseminate data to enhance sales and customer experience
    • Critical computer and technical skills are required; intermediate Excel skills - knowledge of IBM Analytics (DA) and WebSphere Commerce is an asset
    • Refined knowledge of ERP type systems is required
    • Google Analytics Certification an asset
    • French is considered an asset
