Responsibilities

Your typical week could involve the following:

 

  • Leading Sales Managers and their teams focussed on SMB and Corporate accounts throughout South Western Ontario
  • Guiding Sales Managers on successful strategies to help their sales reps penetrate and close base and competitive accounts
  • Coaching on internal protocols and processes
  • Developing and implementing KPI’s for success
  • Teaching managers how to resolve customer issues and escalate as required
  • Helping location managers to recruit new team members and ensuring their successful integration into Canon
  • Providing constructive criticism and setting the path for success for locations in South Western Ontario

 

Qualifications

To succeed you will need to have:

 

  • Sales Management experience in the office printing equipment industry
  • Completed post-secondary education, preferably focused in sales, marketing, and/or business management
  • Ability to teach managers how to creatively structure sales deals and resolve performance issues with their reps
  • Passion for mentoring and coaching with the ability to energize people around you
  • Demonstrated knowledge of technical aspects of business, with an understanding of connected solution-oriented selling
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated creativity and adaptability when it comes to driving performance
  • An impressive history of achievement and success!
